You will be a critical member of a small team working to build an Intelligent Business Process Management Suite (iBPMS). This isn’t your normal position where you may be relegated to one small piece of the company’s technology or a project that doesn’t matter. Instead, you will be instrumental and have the chance to work in many areas of our system.

As the Lead of Quality Assurance (QA) am responsible for leading the OrangeGrid QA department. Primary responsibilities include development and maturation of the QA practice, implementation of quality metrics, test plan/test execution process design, and automation design, in addition to management and mentorship of the QA staff.

Essential Functions:

• Manages the QA team
• 25% of duties involve management, coaching, and mentorship.
• 25% of duties involve process and tool improvement.
• 50% of duties involve hands-on QA engineering.
• Manage resources and priorities based on the organization’s strategic and tactical goals.
• Plot and drive-up quality control metrics associated with software defects
• Heavy collaboration with Development, Architecture, and Delivery teams in test design and execution
• Collaboration with external vendors and customers in joint testing ventures

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years QA experience and 2+ years of lead or management experience, with the 2 most recent years in testing web-based applications.
• Experience with Scrum methodologies
• Experience testingSaaS-based systems and services.
• Extensive experience in testing.Net, mobile applications, and configuration-based features.
• Experience with JIRAandConfluence, SharePoint
• Ability to construct test plans and implement automation scripts.
• Solid experience in producing quality metrics and tracking reports.
• Strong leadership, management, and collaboration skills
• Real estate industry experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• The job requires prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC and phone.
• The job requires working in an office environment with other team members.
• Must be willing and able to travel, as needed.
